DIMES Service Update

During conversion and testing of the DIMES (Digital Innovation for Mesa’s Electronic Services) software, critical issues were discovered that prevented the City of Mesa from going live. Accela staff is working on correcting these issues.

We apologize for not being able to accept submittals in the meantime. We understand this may cause inconvenience and possible project delays. Our staff will assist in any way possible.
