eBill / ePay Incentive Program Enrollment

The eBILL/ePAY Incentive program ended 12/31/2014

ank You for choosing to enroll in our new eBILL/ePAY Incentive Program!  You may sign up here for both eBILL electronic billing and ePAY Bank Draft automatic payment which will qualify you for the incentive.  If you are an existing customer that currently receives eBILL electronic billing ONLY, OR  you currently pay your monthly bill via Bank Draft automatic payment ONLY, just enroll in either eBILL or ePAY to complete the two-program incentive qualification process.  For more program information go to http://www.mesaaz.gov/eBILLePAY.

SurePay will take effect on the first monthly utility bill generated after the SurePay Authorization is received and processed by the City of Mesa. Any past due or current balance outstanding at this time must be paid manually.
