Please be aware that our summer utility disconnect policy has changed. While electric service will not be disconnected during the summer months or on days with excessive heat warnings, gas and water services may still be subject to disconnection. We encourage all customers to stay current on their bills and reach out early if you are having difficulty (480-644-2221).

Mailing Address Change?
Change of mailing address for commercial accounts must be submitted in writing on company letterhead and signed by an authorized agent on the account. The requests can be emailed to CreditServices@mesaaz.gov.
