ONLINE REQUEST TO SIGN UP FOR THE ABC PROGRAM
 
ABC: A Better Community Program provides an opportunity for City of Mesa utility bill customers and residents to easily contribute to their community.  All donations are allocated to local non-profit agencies serving Mesa residents.   
 
Utility customers have several contribution options and donations can be added to your utility bill:

Monthly contribution ($5.00 or other amount of your choice.)

Monthly round up (We will Round Up your utility bill amount to the nearest whole dollar amount.  For example, if your bill amount is $42.37, your round up contribution would be $.63 for a total of $43.00.)

One-time donation  (Make a donation at any time in any denomination you choose.)

 
 
Contributions are fully tax deductible and are reported on January utility bill statements (City of Mesa utility bill customers only).  If you have any questions about enrollment, please call 480-644-2221 or toll free 1-866-406-9659.
     
Not a City of Mesa utility customer?  You can still donate to the ABC program.  Just make out a check to City of Mesa and add ABC: A Better Community to the memo area.  Send the check to:
